MA in Leadership

PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

The purpose of the MA in Leadership programme is to help professional people improve their leadership competence through enhanced commitment, capability, and effectiveness. TWU’s leadership degrees are intended to be intensely practical, with an emphasis on developing skills that can be used immediately in the participant’s employment or business. Two streams are currently being offered; Education stream and Business stream. Both streams are available completely online and can also be accessed at our FAR Centre with a dedicated online learning facilitator. All classes are taught by TWA faculty. The program also offers the option of two summer residencies either at the TWU Langley campus or at our FAR Centre in Ikoyi for one month.

Learning experiences ensure a provincially, nationally, and internationally recognized graduate program and a post study work permit for full time students.

MA LEADERSHIP (Education Stream)

Trinity Western University’s MA Leadership, Education stream is designed for professionals working in education (Pre-school to Secondary) who would like to advance their education leadership knowledge and/or career.

MA LEADERSHIP (Business Stream)

TWU’s MA in Leadership, Business stream offers a leadership model that emphasizes people, teamwork, and results-oriented application. This program will equip professionals with the skills to adapt to the increasing demands and rapidly changing priorities of diverse business environment.

MA FAQs

Yes, you can choose to attend part-time or full-time.
The MA in Leadership programme runs for 18 months if you are attending full time and 24 months if you are attending part-time.
Facilitated Academic Resource Center is a highly equipped technology center with a learning facilitator to support you throughout the programme. At the FAR center, students collaborate with each other, other global students and faculty.
No. You may study from the comfort of your home or utilize the FAR Centre. However, you will be required to take certain courses at the FAR Centre periodically.
Yes, the programme is fully online with the option of taking some face-to-face classes at TWU’s Langley Campus or synchronously at the FAR Center, during the summer.
Lectures are mainly delivered asynchronously meaning you can access the content when it suits your schedule, while ensuring to meet assignment deadlines in order to stay on track.
The programme is highly discounted. In addition, you can access student loan from Edfin Microfinance Bank to fund your studies. Contact us for more information.
